Audio Cassette Duplication Overview
Question: How much will it cost to get some cassette copies?
To answer this question we will need to get some more information about the specifications of your program and how you would like to have it packaged. Here are the questions we will need answers to in order to give
you an accurate quote:
How many copies would you like? (minimum order is 50, higher quantities have a lower cost per unit)- What is the total length of the program? (example: 60 min = C-60 = 30 min per side)
- Will the audio be on one or both sides of the cassette?
- Do your need high bias chrome tape (best for music) or normal bias tape (best for spoken word)?
- How do you plan to label the cassette? (laser printed labels or Apex on-shell printing)
- Will there be any paper inserts (J-cards)?
- Will there be a case for the cassette and if so what kind?
- Will there be any poly wrap?
- Will you be picking up from our office or will we ship UPS to your destination?

STEP ONE
A bin-loop master is made from your original audio source. The price is $60.00 per hour plus tape costs. Formats we currently accept are DAT, CD-R, standard
audio cassette, mini disk, standard VHS tape, micro cassette, LP record and reel to reel. This is a one time set up cost on your initial order (unless you specify changes on subsequent orders). Here is a general guide of what your cost may be. These are ESTIMATES only, extensive editing and changes will incur further charges.

STEP TWO
Next the audio cassettes are duplicated from the bin-loop master on normal bias or high bias chrome tape. The following are the costs per cassette copy
only. Labeling, cases & paper inserts (J-cards) are additional to this cost.

STEP THREE
Next the cassettes are labeled per your specifications, or if no labeling is required proceed to STEP FOUR. We offer two options for getting your information onto the cassette. Apex on-shell printing or laser printed labels on one or both sides of the cassette as outlined below:

STEP FOUR
Should you choose paper inserts (J-cards, O-cards, Album Covers), prices are based on the number of panels/size, if design is color or black and white and
quantity. The more you order the lower the cost will be per unit. There are additional set up and design charges involved with this type of project. Please

STEP FIVE
After the previous steps have been completed, if you choose, we package the finished product into a case that is suitable for your cassettes final destination.
Are these give-aways? Selling retail? Mailing to various destinations? If this a multiple tape set click here to view options suited to your special needs. For a retail package with J-cards and poly wrap we recommend the hard plastic Norelco cases. For give-aways without paper inserts or for mailings we suggest the soft plastic soapdish cases. STEP SIX
Finally, we poly wrap or shrink wrap the exterior of the cassette packaging. Poly wrap is suitable for most standard sized Norelco cases but will not work on the
smaller soapdish cases. Shrink wrap which uses heat to apply the plastic to the case, would be an option for non-standard sized packaging. Although this should be used with caution, since this is a heat application process and some plastics may melt or malform.
